Dr Andrew Davis

Dr Andrew Davis is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust based in North Devon. He did his undergraduate medical training at Cambridge University and completed his Clinical Training at Oxford University qualifying in 1993. Following Specialist Training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology and a period of academic research he took up a Consultant post at Northern Devon NHS Trust in 2004.

Dr Davis has extensive experience managing the breadth of Gastroenterological and Hepatological Conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel disease, gastrointestinal cancer and the wide spectrum of liver diseases. He is a specialist endoscopist with National Accreditation as a bowel cancer screening colonoscopist and can offer a wide range of other procedures such as therapeutic gastroscopy and liver fibroscan.
