Biography
Ms Morag Ashdown is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon. She manages functional problems with the eyelids: eyelid malposition, periocular benign lesion removal, eyelid skin cancer removal and reconstruction, tear drainage system problems, orbital conditions, and cosmetic eye surgery, including blepharoplasties, (cosmetic eye lift surgery).
Ms Ashdown has completed fellowship training in Oculoplastics, Lacrimal and Orbital surgery at Bristol Eye Hospital and an international fellowship in Melbourne, Australia. She is a member of the British Oculoplastics Surgery Society and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
Ms Ashdown has worked privately in Bristol and works as a Consultant at North Devon District Hospital. She completed her training at Bristol University Medical School with a MBChB (2001) and an intercalated BSc (Hons) degree in Cellular and Molecular Pathology (1997).
